At Lily and Todd, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your portal download.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
